                        Windsor Castle and Savill Garden

We will visit Windsor in the morning and in the afternoon Savill Garden, which is enclosed and part of Windsor Great Park, managed by the Crown Estate.You will be able to enjoy an afternoon tea, cream tea, or lunch in the restaurant. Meals not included in the price and are not pre-booked.

Home to over 900 years of royal history, Windsor Castle has much to enjoy. The state Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works of art from the Royal Collection, including paitings by Rembrandt, Rubens and Caneleto.Many are still in the historic settings for which they were first collected or commissioned. The spectacular private apartments created for George IV and used by The Queen for official entertaining will also be open.

Within Windsor Great Park, the Savill Garden provides a tranquil place to discover rare plants from around the world. Created in the 1930's, this natural haven has 35 acres of interconnected gardens include the Hidden Gardens, Spring Wood, the Summer Garden the New Zealand Garden and the Glades.
