Dover Oct 31:
“Last week a human skeleton with some shreds, apparently the remains of clothing, were dug up in the cellar of a house in Limekiln Street, which has been occupied for nearly 40 years by a porter named HARVEY. The magistrates have had an investigation of the circumstance but from the great lapse of time since the body was supposed to have been deposited there, no elucidation of the matter was obtained. ”
