1903 : Arthur Thomas Walmisley was Engineer of Dover Harbour. He for many years President of the Dover Institute, and for several years the of Gresham College. His Mayoralty was cut short, however of the result of a petition as to validity of the 1904 elections and Sir William Henry Crundall was then elected
1905 : William Wood Burkett

1906 : George Francis Raggett, a retired Naval officer, made his Mayoralty memorable by undertaking arrangements for commencing a County Cricket Week in Dover on a permanent basis.

1919 :Charles Edwin Beaufoy : The Mayoral Year 1919-20 was notable for the commencement of Dover's Housing Schemes at Buckland and the planning of that at the Ropewalk, and steps were taken to complete the Viaduct. Mr Beaufoy became Chairman of the Housing Committee on his retirement from the Council in 1932.
